A solution for a quality improved production of pre-baked breads, frozen bread rolls and baguettes

The customer required a system for a high throughput of flour while ensuring a constant high quality output at each kneader line. The objective is to produce one million bread rolls per day without compromising on quality.

Precise weighing of the medium-seized components like salt and minor ingredients on the other hand allow the quality improvement of the mixture. Product safety is achieved by safety screening of flour with rotary sifters as well as metal separation.
